Mapping

File service online

Precision calibration for performance engineering.

Dyno-validated ECU and TCU files, engineered by calibrators — not generated by templates.

Designed for professional tuners, workshops, and advanced end users.

Services

One calibration team. Every control unit.

From first read to final checksum, your file stays with the same in-house team. No outsourcing and no generic maps.

Engineering

Complete powertrain optimization.

More power is only useful when the rest of the chassis can manage it. We calibrate the entire powertrain across BMW M, Porsche, Audi Sport, and Mercedes-AMG platforms, synchronizing software parameters with real mechanical limits.

  1. 01

    Full-System Calibration

Clutch, gearbox, cooling, and fuel systems are integrated into every target. Real-world thermal management comes before a dyno number.

  2. 02

    Dyno-Proven Development

Every base file is developed, logged, and stressed under real load in our own dyno cell before release.

  3. 03

    Complete Version History

Every custom calibration is permanently linked to your hardware ID, ensuring seamless future updates.

Dyno proven

Every map, proven under load.

From daily drivers to track-focused supercars, each file is written by hand and logged on our hub dyno before it reaches you. Real numbers, measured by the engineers who wrote them.

How do you get started?

No subscription: you only pay for what you need. It takes three steps.

  1. Create your pro account

Register on the A1 Mapping file service portal, reserved for workshops and automotive professionals.

  2. Buy credits

Files are paid in credits, one at a time or in discounted packs. No subscription, you only pay for what you need.

  3. Upload your file

Send the original read from the ECU. Our engineers develop and dyno-verify the calibration, then return it to your account.

FAQ

Questions before you send a file.

Can't find what you need? Write to us and an engineer will answer directly.

How fast do I get my file back?

Most files are delivered within 30–60 minutes during working hours (Mon–Fri 07:30–18:00 CET, Sat 08:30–12:00 CET). Complex custom work or TCU calibrations can take longer; you will see the status live in your portal.

Which tools and file formats do you accept?

We work with files read via Autotuner, bFlash, Alientech (KESS3 / K-TAG), Flex, CMD and other common master tools. Upload the original read exactly as the tool saved it (BIN, ORI, MMF, KESS/KTAG formats and similar). Please do not modify the file before sending.

What if the file does not work as expected?

Send us a log or a short description through your order and we will review and revise the calibration. Revisions on the same vehicle and hardware are free of charge.

Do I need to fix checksums?

No. Every file we deliver is checksum-corrected and ready to write, unless your tool handles checksums itself — in that case we tell you in the order note.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is available on request and depends on the vehicle, control unit and requested services. Workshops with regular volume get dedicated rates — contact us to set up your account.

Is my data and file kept private?

Yes. Files are stored in private storage and only you and our engineers can access them. Every calibration stays linked to your hardware ID so future updates start from the right version.

Are the modifications road legal?

Some services, such as DPF, EGR or AdBlue modifications, are intended for off-road and motorsport use only. You are responsible for using the vehicle in line with local regulations.
